  • 2013.09.02 - SPINE Supports new BioPhysical sensors!

    New driver wrappers to support both the EMG and the GSR plug-in sensorboards for the SHIMMER2R platform have been released. The update can be found by updating the SPINE source tree from the SVN repository.

    SPINE moved to a brand new website! Source code and mailinglists are now accessible through the corresponding Google Code project site.
  • 2010.02.19 - SPINE 1.3 release

    The SPINE Team is pleased to announce the new release of the SPINE framework now available for downloading! SPINE 1.3 release provides new functionalities and sensors support on the node side and new applications on the Java side, including a Java node emulator application.
  • 2008.09.22 - SPINE 1.2 release

    The SPINE framework has been redesigned and its 1.2 version easily allow users to add new sensors, platforms and functionalities to be supported. SPINE 1.2 supports several HW platforms (telosb motes with spine sensor board, telosb motes with biosensor sensor board micaz motes with mts300 board and shimmer motes) on the Node Side and provides, on the Server Side, simple Java APIs to develop applications on the coordinator.
  • 2008.08.25 - SPINE 1.2 release preview and tutorial

    The SPINE Team is going to give a tutorial on Monday August 25th at 10am at the Wireless Sensor Networks Lab sponsored by Pirelli and Telecom Italia, Berkeley. The tutorial will focus on the features of the next Release of SPINE (SPINE 1.2) that will be publicly available in September. SPINE 1.2 is expected to greatly improves the flexibility and the capabilities of the SPINE Framework making easy to extend it with new sensors and functionalities.
  • 2008.05.30 - SPINE Tutorial at Berkeley, CA

    The SPINE Team organizes the first SPINE tutorial on Tuesday June 3rd at 10am (expected duration: two hours) at the Wireless Sensor Networks Lab sponsored by Pirelli and Telecom Italia, located at 1995 University Ave. Suite 225, Berkeley, CA 94704, USA. SPINE tutorial will be then avaliable online on this website.
